PhD Positions Single Mom Scholarships in Organic Chemistry


The PhD Single Mom Scholarships Program in Organic Chemistry admits 150 new students every year and currently has a total of 800 students.

Besides conducting research leading to the PhD thesis, each doctoral student shall participate in the supervision of laboratory work in organic chemistry, as well as in other teaching duties and activities at the Department.

Requirements

Single Mom Scholarships According to the Regulations of the University of Helsinki, Finland an appointee to the position of PhD student shall hold a second-cycle degree and have an approved research proposal. Other requirements shall include the ability and motivation, as demonstrated in previous degree studies or otherwise, to pursue postgraduate studies and a doctoral degree according to the study plan and research proposal.

Benefits

The Single Mom Scholarships salary will be based on levels 1-4 of the demands level chart for teaching and research personnel in the salary system of Finnish universities. In addition, the appointee will be paid a salary component based on personal performance.

Application

Single Mom Scholarships Applications must be accompanied by a CV, a list of publications and other documents that may be relevant to filling the position or, alternatively, an academic portfolio containing the above-mentioned documents. In addition, applicants shall enclose their research and postgraduate study plans with their applications.

Latin American / PAAO Pediatric Ophthalmology Fellowship Single Mom Scholarships


Single Mom Scholarships Practice of a pediatric ophthalmology fellowship year is for a qualified ophthalmologist Latin America by PAAO in the Department of Ophthalmology at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas and its affiliated Children's Medical Center The position includes the opportunity for direct interaction of patients and medical surgical and the ability to participate in important clinical research. The candidate must be a member of the PAAO.
Single Mom Scholarships General ophthalmologist by age 35 and younger, from Mexico, Central or South America or the Caribbean.
Current written and spoken English. Candidates must have passed the TOEFL and submit their results with their request. Required. The candidates will be interviewed by telephone to assess their English skills.
Ready to commit one or two years of training.
Completion of an approved residency in ophthalmology in Latin America.
Single Mom Scholarships Applicants with additional training in ophthalmology and currently is being practiced is to be preferred in pediatrics and / or strabismus.
Established medical and surgical skills and good depth perception.

Skaggs Foundation TEPCOR Clinical Single Mom Scholarship


Single Mom Scholarship are available for eligible individuals who are interested in pursuing a clinical healthcare degree/certification or clinical healthcare professionals desiring to further their level of education, at the undergraduate level. Any resident of the Skaggs Community Health Center service area is eligible to apply, with priority consideration given to Taney County residents. Preference will also be given to eligible staff
with a one-year history of satisfactory employment at Skaggs Community Health Center. Past recipients of the scholarship may re-apply for additional award(s). The Single Mom Scholarship program is available to students who are finishing high school (or will have earned the equivalency), those currently enrolled in college and to individuals who want to enter the health care profession or to advance their professional skills.

Scholarships will be awarded based on the student’s scholastic achievements, aptitude and financial need, and will be contingent on acceptance to an accredited program. Available resources and the professional needs of Skaggs Community Health Center will also be considered. Students must maintain a GPA of 3.0 or greater to be considered for subsequent award(s).

Single Mom Scholarship Application Deadline: For January 2012, applications should be received no later than October 31, 2011.
For August 2011, applications should be received no later than June 1, 2011.

Postgraduate College Single Mom Scholarships for International Students

We offer awards totalling £250,000 every year, with each international scholarship worth £3,300. These are open to prospective full-time postgraduates in any subject area on a one-year taught masters degree. Scholarships are available for both September entry and January entry (for courses with a relevant start date).

You can apply online for scholarships for September 2011 entry. Please note that we cannot consider applications received after the deadline. Remember that the scholarships application procedure is separate from the admissions application procedure. Before you begin your application, please make sure that you meet the eligibility criteria. You must:

be an international student (classified as ‘overseas’ for fee purposes);
have an offer of a place on a course at Kingston for 2011 entry; and
not currently be registered on an undergraduate or postgraduate course at Kingston University.

Please also note that you will need electronic copies of the following documents to make your application online:, a copy of your Kingston University offer letter; an academic reference letter; a copy of your academic transcript/worksheet; and a copy of your IELTS/TOEFL result (where applicable).
